Deleting a product removes it from the All Products list and the Client UI, but keeps it in a soft-deleted and recoverable state.
All deleted products can be found by enabling the Include Deleted filter in the Admin UI. However, they cannot be viewed until restored.
Available assets assigned to a deleted product can still be viewed, streamed, or downloaded in the Admin UI, but are no longer displayed1 in the Client UI.
To delete a product:
- In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > All Products
- Scroll, search, or filter to find the product you want to delete
- Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the product name
- Click Delete and Confirm to finish
To restore a deleted product:
- In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > All Products
- Scroll down the filter options on the right and enable Include deleted
Deleted products will appear with a strikethrough and can be searched/filtered
- Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the product name
- Select Restore to finish
